Kellie believes that each person is created with uniqueness, talents and strengths to do amazing things in this life. But life is hard and at times there are barriers that prevent us from being our best selves. She recognizes that it takes a lot of courage to reach out to ask for help. If you or your loved one is struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, hopelessness or a difficult relationship Kellie can help. She is passionate about guiding women past their overwhelm, shame and insecurities to find their unique self and return to joy. She will give you compassionate support and will walk with you through this journey to find hope and celebrate your story.
Kellie has worked with youth, parents, women and families for many years and brings not only her personal experiences but many years of practice helping people heal and thrive. She has an eclectic approach to therapy with the belief that you already have the strengths you need, you just need help to see them in yourself.

This is your journey and I do not take it lightly that you invite me to be a part it. I look forward to getting to know you and hearing your story!

"You already have everything you need to heal—sometimes we just need a safe space to reconnect with it."
Hello! I’m Anna, and I work with adults who feel like their bodies and minds are speaking different languages. Whether you are navigating the profound transition of postpartum, struggling with mystery physical symptoms, or feeling 'stuck' in cycles of anxiety and panic, I am here to help you find your way back home to yourself.
My approach is deep, contemplative, and deeply warm. Having navigated my own journey through panic and body disconnection, I know how scary it feels to feel "disembodied." I act as a coach and collaborator, using a blend of integrative somatic parts work and nervous system regulation to help you explore subconscious patterns and find safety in your own skin. Together, we move beyond just "talking about" the pain and start listening to what your body is trying to tell you.
About Me:
When I’m not in the therapy room, you can find me with my family, tending to my plants and animals, or diving into the wisdom of dreams through Jungian analysis.

Some people say that Silver Labs are not really labs because our color is a diluted chocolate gene. I know how it feels to feel like you do not really belong. I like my uniqueness and know I was created for a special purpose.
I am highly sensitive and get my feelings hurt easily. My strengths are that my sensitivity make me a great listener and encourager!
I will offer the best judgement free emotional support and I love to give out hugs and snuggles. I am kinda goofy, but gentle and just plain adorable!
I am excited to meet you!
About Me:
My hobbies outside training to be a therapy dog include playing frisbee, camping and long daytime naps. I love playing with my brother Sergio (a 13 lb orange fluffy persian/main coon mixed cat).
