Kellie believes that each person is created with uniqueness, talents and strengths to do amazing things in this life. But life is hard and at times there are barriers that prevent us from being our best selves. She recognizes that it takes a lot of courage to reach out to ask for help. If you or your loved one is struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, hopelessness or a difficult relationship Kellie can help.  She is passionate about guiding women past their overwhelm, shame and insecurities to find their unique self and return to joy. She will give you compassionate support and will walk with you through this journey to find hope and celebrate your story.

Kellie has worked with youth, parents, women and families for many years and brings not only her personal experiences but many years of practice helping people heal and thrive. She has an eclectic approach to therapy with the belief that you already have the strengths you need, you just need help to see them in yourself.

About Me:

I am a Wife, Mom, Stepmom, and G-ma. I am a proud Highly Sensitive Person (so I get it!) I value honesty, authenticity, transparency and most of all God's Unbelievable Grace! I love warm weather, cats, sour patch kids, reading, theatre, Jazzercise and spending time boating on the lake. I hope to write a book one day. I love anything creative to feed my soul.

Ashton values walking alongside those who are grieving a loss, experiencing a life transition, battling perfectionism, and those who are looking to manage anxiety. She works with both teenagers and adults who are looking for someone to provide a listening ear, a non-judgemental space, and skills that can be used in everyday life. Ashton pulls from a few therapeutic approaches, including mindfulness, thought reframing, narrative therapy, and creative expression. Most of all, Ashton believes in utilizing encouragement and strengths-based approaches in the counseling setting. I am a wife, daughter, and friend. When I’m not at the office, you can find me at the farmers market or a local coffee shop catching up with a friend, baking, or hanging out with my puppy. I value quality time, baking yummy foods, creativity, and good conversation.

David was born and raised in Houston. He has over five years experience working with individuals and processing their traumas. 

It has been his privilege, for many years, to work with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, individuals who needed healing and gaining a sense of power after experiencing abuse. As a result, he has developed a passion for assisting individuals, couples, and families through their trauma to find healing. With use of  the Gottman methods, which is a solution-oriented, strength-based, theoretical approach, he is able to effectively meet the needs of each individual and family member. He believes each individual should be given individual respect. Healing is not a one-way street, it is also not the same journey for everyone. Working with clients to help them understand their needs by providing a brave space. David works with teens and adults, using techniques such as mindfulness and active listening to help each client achieve success and to live their life to the fullest.

This can include days when you don’t quite feel like yourself.

Bianca is passionate about creating a safe and compassionate space where you can open up, share what's on your mind, feel supported as she walks alongside you to collaboratively uncover what is weighing on your heart and mind including helping you rediscover yourself.

Bianca supports you in navigating emotional challenges, identifying patterns that no longer serve you, and reconnecting with your inner strengths.
